Stryker increases quarterly dividend 11% to 47 cents per share

Stryker Corp., a U.S. medical technology company, increased its quarterly dividend by 11% to 47 cents per share from 43 cents per share.

The dividend is payable Jan. 31, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business Dec. 29.

"With strong organic sales growth and leveraged adjusted earnings gains, we believe we are well positioned to continue to deliver dividend increases in line with our adjusted earnings growth," Chairman and CEO Kevin Lobo said in a statement.
