S&P withdraws ratings of NÜRNBERGER Insurance Group's core entities

S&P Global Ratings on Oct. 17 affirmed the ratings of three of NÜRNBERGER Insurance Group's core operating subsidiaries and subsequently withdrew the ratings at the group's request.

S&P affirmed the BBB long-term counterparty credit rating of the group's nonoperating holding company, NÜRNBERGER Beteiligungs-AG, and the A- long-term insurer financial strength ratings and counterparty credit ratings of NÜRNBERGER Lebensversicherung AG and Nurnberger Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG.

The outlook on all the ratings were stable at the time of withdrawal, according to the rating agency.
