Kazkommertsbank management reshuffle continues

The executive reshuffle at continued April 13as the Kazakh lender announced that CFO Askarbek Nabiyev voluntarily resigned,along with two other managing directors.

Nabiyev is considering other job proposals, while RustamNabirov, who had supervised risk management, was invited to join theAssociation of Financiers of Kazakhstan.Magzhan Auezov resigned a day earlier as CEO and a board director after beingelected chairman of the association.

Meanwhile, Baurzhan Kuvatov, who supervised security and ITsecurity for Kazkommertsbank, took on the position of adviser to the chairmanof the board of directors of BTABank JSC.Kazkommertsbank gained operational control of BTA Bank in 2014, thenoffloaded the lenderto its own shareholders in February 2016.
