Keystone Bank NA entered into a purchase and assumption agreement under which it will acquire certain assets and deposits associated with Green Bank NA's branch in Austin, Texas.

The transaction, subject to necessary regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Green Bank is a subsidiary of Green Bancorp Inc.
