Amazon.com Inc.'s Amazon Studios placed a limited comedy series order for "Good Omens."

The six-part series, which will stream on Prime Video in 2018, will be based on Neil Gaiman's and Terry Pratchett's novel of the same name, the company said Jan. 19.

The upcoming series will be co-produced by British Broadcasting Corp.'s BBC Studios in partnership with Narrativia and The Blank Corp., and in association with BBC Worldwide for Amazon Prime Video and the BBC.
