Russia-focused industrial property landlord Raven Property Group Ltd. appointed Michael Hough as independent nonexecutive director, effective Oct. 9.

Hough's previous roles include CEO and president of Henry Technologies and chairman of document storage business OSG. He also co-founded private equity firms Iceni Capital and Aurora Russia.
