Japan International Cooperation Agency to issue yen-denominated bonds

JapanInternational Cooperation Agency will issue 10-year and longernonguaranteed yen-denominated bonds in two tranches.

The domestic bonds will be issued in September, the agencysaid July 12.

The issue amount is yet to be determined.

Nomura Securities Co. Ltd., Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd. andMitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co. Ltd. are the joint lead managersfor the issue.
