Pamapol Q3 profit climbs YOY

Pamapol SA said its normalized net income for the third quarter was 1.9 million zlotys, a rise from 183,380 zlotys in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

The normalized profit margin rose to 1.7% from 0.2% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue climbed 11.7% year over year to 108.3 million zlotys from 96.9 million zlotys, and total operating expenses grew 9.8% on an annual basis to 104.0 million zlotys from 94.7 million zlotys.

Reported net income rose 66.9% on an annual basis to 1.8 million zlotys, or 6 groszy per share, from 1.1 million zlotys, or 5 groszy per share.

As of Nov. 16, US$1 was equivalent to 3.96 zlotys.
