For fiscal 2019, Propertylink expects its EPS to be between 7.6 Australian cents and 7.7 cents, and distribution per security to hit 7.3 cents.
In the fiscal year ended June 30, the Australian real estate investment trust's EPS and distribution per security were logged at 9.25 cents and 7.3 cents, respectively.
Managing Director and CEO Stuart Dawes said in a statement that the company is in a good position to record "solid" underlying growth in the 2019 fiscal year, noting the expected benefits of e-commerce and urbanization to the trust's wholly owned industrial portfolio in Australia.
Dawes added that the company is making headway to establish the A$200 million Propertylink Urban Renewal Partnership, an office- and industrial property-focused fund that will target urban renewal opportunities over a 10-year term.
