Priderock Capital buys 2 Fla. apartment complexes for $98M

Priderock Capital Partners LLC purchased two apartment complexes in Florida from Fairfield Residential for $98 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

The private multifamily asset manager acquired the Waters Edge Apartments at 10901 NW 40th St. in Sunrise and Arbor Walk at 4121 E. Busch Blvd. in Tampa, which contain a combined 546 units.

The deal was financed with a $67 million Freddie Mac loan from KeyBank Real Estate Capital, the publication noted.
