CoreCivic wraps up $250M senior notes offering

CoreCivic Inc. on Oct. 13 closed its $250.0 million offering of 4.75% senior unsecured notes due Oct. 15, 2027.

Interest on the notes will be payable semiannually in arrears, in cash, every April 15 and Oct. 15, starting April 15, 2018.

Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. were the representatives of the underwriters for the offering.
