FedEx Corp. will acquire Australia-based logistics services provider Manton Air-Sea Pty. Ltd.
The deal will add Manton's offerings of air and ocean freight forwarding solutions to FedEx's portfolio and expand FedEx's operations in Australia.
The transaction is expected to close later in 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. Manton will operate as a subsidiary of the FedEx Trade Networks operating company.
