Boston-based Fidelity Investments launched Fidelity Digital Asset Services LLC to provide enterprise-quality custody and digital assets trade execution services to hedge funds, family offices and market intermediaries.

The company will try to make digital assets more accessible to investors and provide secure storage solutions for digital assets like cryptocurrencies.

Fidelity Investments is a unit of FMR LLC.
