Illinois-based Vibrant CU, Maine-based Infinity FCU intend to merge

Moline, Ill.-based Vibrant CU and Westbrook, Maine-based Infinity FCU intend to merge.

The combined institution will be led by current Vibrant CU President and CEO Matthew McCombs as president and CEO and current Infinity FCU President and CEO Elizabeth Hayes as executive vice president.

The entity will have assets of more than $1 billion and will be headquartered in Moline.
