Santander Brasil to expand board

Banco Santander (Brasil) SA said that it is expanding its board of directors by two members for a complementary mandate, increasing the total numbers of members to 12.

Deborah Patricia Wright and José Luciano Duarte Penido will serve on the company's board until an ordinary shareholders' meeting to will be held in 2017.

The directors will start in their positions once Banco Central do Brasil approves the appointments.
