William Kwan-Lim Chu stepped down from the board of property developer Hon Kwok Land Investment Co. Ltd., effective Jan. 1, 2019, due to other business commitments.

Chu resigned as an independent nonexecutive director, chairman of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee.
