Willis Towers Watson PLC announced two initiatives that will look to spur organic and inorganic growth.

WTW Strategic Ventures will make early stage investments in digital and technology-enabled businesses in insurance, risk and human capital.

Willis Towers Watson also created a "Growth Board," which will look to increase the company's organic growth efforts.
