Private equity firm Bowmark Capital LLP is supporting the buyout of post-trade technology solutions provider Pirum Systems Ltd. from Five Arrows Principal Investments, a fund managed by Five Arrows Managers SAS.

The deal is expected to close in April, pending regulatory approval. Five Arrows acquired its stake in Pirum as part of an investor group in 2015.

Houlihan Lokey served as exclusive M&A sell-side adviser on the deal.
