eServGlobal Ltd raised A$33.4 million by issuing 304 million new shares at 11 Australian cents per share.
The company said Oct. 1 that it will use the funds to finance its 35.69% share of an expected A$82.5 million capital raise by HomeSend, the company's joint venture with Mastercard.
Meanwhile, the company said it is in talks with interested parties to sell its core business. It expects to provide an update on the matter within eight weeks.
