DSA Financial to buy back common shares

The board of Lawrenceburg, Ind.-based DSA Financial Corp. adopted a share buyback program for the repurchase of up to 79,574 common shares, or about 5.0% of the company's outstanding shares.

The buyback plan may be suspended, terminated or modified at any time, according to a Dec. 12 news release.

DSA Financial is the holding company for Dearborn Savings Bank.
