Cowen Group Inc. has hired Jason Oien as managing director and head of electronic trading services.

Prior to joining Cowen, Oien worked at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. where he was responsible for West Coast electronic sales and international electronic trading sales.

Cowen also named Jennifer Hadiaris as managing director and head of global market structure. Most recently, Hadiaris was the head of global market structure at Deutsche Bank.
