Raven Property to acquire Moscow warehouse for 2.45B rubles

Raven Property Group Ltd. signed agreements with Industrialniy park Sever LLC and Astreya JSC to acquire a warehouse building in Moscow for 2.45 billion Russian rubles.

The 2017-built grade A warehouse asset located near the Sever logistics park spans 58,851 square meters with 78% occupancy and an unexpired weighted average lease term of nine years.

The deal, subject to certain conditions, is scheduled to close in late September.

As of Aug. 10, US$1 was equivalent to 67.51 Russian rubles.
