Lowell Group Ltd.'s co-founder and COO, Andrew Bartle, will leave the company later in 2017 to "develop new ventures," the company said.

Bartle will remain in his post until a suitable replacement is found.

Lowell merged with private equity firm Permira's portfolio company, GFKL, as part of a deal that completed in 2015.
