U.K.-based insurer Hastings Group Holdings PLC said May 17 that it priced a debut issuance of senior unsecured bonds.
The seven-year, £250 million bond was priced with a coupon of 3%. The notes were issued by wholly owned unit Hastings Group (Finance) Plc.
Barclays, HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group served as book runners on the issuance, according to Cbonds.
