Quebec-based Desjardins Group and Crédit Mutuel CIC are creating the Desjardins Transatlantique Private Wealth Management division.

Desjardins Transatlantique will assist French and Canadian high net worth clients with their financial services, portfolio management, business transfer or intergenerational transfer needs. The companies expect the new division to offer clients direct access to North American markets.
