News website Mashable secured $15 million in a new funding roundled by Time Warner Inc.'sTurner unit, Bloomberg News reported March 31.

Time Warner's TBS(US) and TNT (US)networks will partner with Mashable to develop video content, new technology andadvertising opportunities, according to the report. Funding raised will go to expandingMashable's video offerings and enhance advertising capabilities.

President of TBS and TNT and Turner Entertainment Chief CreativeOfficer, Kevin Reilly, will also join Mashable's board.
