CCM Duopharma Biotech Bhd., a subsidiary of Chemical Co. of Malaysia Bhd., proposed to change its name to Duopharma Biotech Bhd.

The new name was approved and reserved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. The reservation is valid until March 12, 2019.

The name change is subject to shareholders' approval.

Malaysia-based CCM Duopharma manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical products.
