Irving completes Capstone acquisition

IrvingInfrastructure Corp. closed the acquisition of CapstoneInfrastructure Corp. and its subsidiary for a cash paymentof C$4.90 per share or unit as applicable, according to an April 29 newsrelease.

Also, V. James Sardo, François Roy, Goran Mornhed and JerryPatava resigned from the Capstone board — replaced by Adèle Malo, Paul Malan,Gary Eade and Enis Moran.

Irving Infrastructure is a subsidiary of iCON InfrastructurePartners III LP, a fund advised by London-based iCON Infrastructure LLP.

RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities were Capstone'sfinancial advisors while Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP acted as its legalcounsel on the deal. CIBC World Markets and Scotia Capital were financialadvisors to iCON III while Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP served as its legalcounsel.
