Hong Kong-based property developer Nan Fung Group Holdings Ltd. acquired a majority stake in central London-focused real estate developer and investor Endurance Land Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.

The British company will funnel capital and resources provided by Nan Fung toward its new business ventures, while continuing to target real estate asset management and development opportunities near major transport hubs.

As a part of the deal, Endurance Land will manage Nan Fung's existing assets in the U.K. and absorb its shareholder's team in the country.

Endurance Land will continue to be led by founder and CEO Jonathan Fletcher.
