Fonterra sets up $4B medium-term note program

Fonterra Co-op Group Ltd. established a $4 billion euro medium-term note program.

The New Zealand-based dairy company has applied to have notes issued under the program listed on the Singapore Exchange, according to the release.

Citigroup and HSBC will act as joint arrangers, while Citigroup, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking will serve as dealers.
