Kayne AndersonCapital Advisors LP has appointed Mike Levitt CEO, effectiveimmediately.

Bob Sinnott,previously president and CEO, will serve as co-chairman of the firm alongsidefounder Ric Kayne. Sinnott will continue to chair the firm's energy strategies.

Levitt, who will be based in Los Angeles, will join Sinnottand Kayne as part of the firm's executive management team.

Previously, Levitt was vice chairman of Apollo CreditManagement within Apollo Capital Management LLC.
