Pluristem Therapeutics Inc. closed its previously announced bought offering as underwriter H.C. Wainwright & Co. LLC exercised its overallotment option in full to purchase an additional 1,836,735 common shares and warrants to buy up to 1,102,041 common shares at a price of $1.225 per share and associated warrant.

Including the full exercise of the overallotment option, aggregate gross proceeds, assuming no exercise of warrants, in the bought offering amounted to about $17.3 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other expenses.
