AssetMark Inc. has agreed to acquire Global Financial Private Capital LLC.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

Advisers at Global Financial will have access to AssetMark's approach to investing, investment solutions and custom high-net-worth solutions once the deal is closed.

RBC Capital Markets served as exclusive financial adviser to Global Financial Private Capital in the transaction.
