MyoKardia closes $133.8M common stock offering

MyoKardia Inc. closed its underwritten public offering of 4,025,000 common shares priced at $35.50 apiece, raising net proceeds of about $133.8 million.

The shares sold include the underwriters' full exercise of their option to buy up to an additional 525,000 common shares.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen and Co. LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, with BMO Capital Markets Corp. as book runner and Wedbush Securities Inc. as co-manager.
