SLAM Exploration Ltd. staked three claims comprising 86 units adjacent to its Ramsay Brook cobalt property in New Brunswick, it said Oct. 11.
The expanded Ramsay Brook property now covers 2,436 hectares.
The company is undertaking a preliminary prospecting program on the newly staked claims to evaluate the cobalt-copper occurrence and to prepare for potential trenching and drilling.
SLAM owns 12 projects covering 22,000 hectares of mineral land in the Bathurst Mining Camp.
