Menika MiningLtd. said April 7 that it has completed the acquisition of1032701 B.C. Ltd.,after announcing thedeal in March.

Menika issued 4 million shares in consideration for all ofthe outstanding share capital of 1032701 and also issued 200,000 shares toLithium Corp. tosatisfy 1032701's obligations for the Fish Lake Valley lithium project in Nevada.

The Fish Lake Valley lithium project consists of 98association placer claims, covering approximately 3,172.7 hectares.
