TsodiloResources Ltd. said July 18 that it has secured a 100% interest inBosoto (Pty) Ltd. and its BK16 kimberlite project in Botswana.

The company acquired minority shareholders' 25% equityinterest in Bosoto for a 2% gross proceeds royalty on diamond sales from BK16.

Meanwhile, Tsodilo is currently making preparations for alarge diameter drill program, including the refurbishment of its10-tonnes-per-hour dense medium separation plant and the development of anenvironmental management plan.

The drilling program is planned to recover 2,000 tonnes to3,500 tonnes of kimberlite for initial grade and quality analysis.
