Japan's ACOM to issue ¥25B of domestic bonds

Japan-based ACOM CO. Ltd. plans to issue ¥25 billion worth of domestic unsecured straight bonds for partial repayment of long-term loans.

The bonds will be issued Feb. 28 and will mature Feb. 28, 2023. The coupon rate for the bonds is 0.309% per year.

Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co. Ltd., SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd. and Nomura Securities Co. Ltd. are the trustees of the issuance.

As of Feb. 21, US$1 was equivalent to ¥107.72.
