Minneapolis office complex fetches $116M

Accesso Partners LLC acquired the 500,000-square-foot Towers at West End office complex, comprising two nine-story buildings in St. Louis Park in Minneapolis for $115.5 million, The Real Deal reported.

The complex at 1550 and 1600 Utica Ave. was sold by a fund managed by New York-based DRA Advisors LLC.

The property is 84% occupied, and anchored by MoneyGram Payment System, the publication noted, adding that the buyer is looking for an investor to provide 70% equity in the property.
