Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s C&W Services Inc. unit and Alutiiq LLC's Alutiiq Logistics & Maintenance Services LLC subsidiary formed a joint venture to offer facilities services to clients across North America.

The Alutiiq C&W Services LLC business will provide janitorial, maintenance, controlled environments cleaning, production environment maintenance, landscaping and office services to client facilities, including those that are secured or sensitive.

C&W Services offers these services to 600 clients in North America, which include a number of government agencies, while Alutiiq Logistics & Maintenance provides warehouse, storage and logistics services to commercial and government customers.
