Estonia's Luminor Bank issues €350M bond

Estonia's Luminor Bank AS issued a three-year €350 million bond under its newly established €3 billion European medium-term note program.

The senior unsecured bond was listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The bond offering attracted interest from more than 40 investors across Europe.

Luminor Group AB's Lithuania-based Luminor Bank AB and Latvia-based Luminor Bank AS secured final approval in July to merge and become branches of one unified entity, Luminor Bank in Estonia, with the legal change to take effect Jan. 2, 2019.
