Chargeurs posts H2 profit

Chargeurs SA said its normalized net income for the second half came to €5.5 million.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue came to €242.1 million, and total operating expenses came to €230.4 million.

Reported net income came to €6.9 million, or 31 cents per share.

For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled 34 cents per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate of 66 cents.

EPS declined 30.2% from 48 cents in the prior year.

Normalized net income was €6.6 million, a decline of 34.0% from €10.0 million in the prior year.

Full-year total revenue rose year over year to €498.7 million from €478.3 million, and total operating expenses rose on an annual basis to €472.1 million from €455.9 million.

The company said reported net income grew 44.3% year over year to €15.3 million, or 78 cents per share, in the full year, from €10.6 million, or 51 cents per share.
