Kinderhook Bank CFO to resign

Edward Campanella, senior vice president and CFO of Kinderhook Bank Corp. and subsidiary National Union Bank of Kinderhook, is resigning to join a larger financial institution.

The Kinderhook, N.Y.-based company is searching for Campanella's replacement. President and CEO John Balli will serve as interim CFO.
