Baltimore-based BV Financial Inc. (MHC)'s pending acquisition of Forest Hill, Md.-based MB Bancorp Inc. has received all the necessary regulatory approvals.

MB Bancorp shareholders approved the deal at a special shareholders meeting on Dec. 17, 2019.

The deal is targeted to close on or about Jan. 31. The conversion and consolidation of data processing platforms, systems and customer files is expected to occur on or about April 4.
