Gogo, Air France-KLM partnering for in-flight connectivity

GogoInc. and Franco-Dutch airlinerAir France-KLM are partnering for in-flight connectivity.

Gogo will connect Air France-KLM's long-haul fleet of 124aircraft with its 2Ku technology. The aircraft types include Boeing 777 andAirbus A330s. Gogo's 2Ku speeds allow users to stream video. Further, the technologyis open architecture and can be upgraded with technology advancements.

Gogo intends to service the first aircraft by the end of2017. Most of the installations will take place during 2018 and 2019, thecompany said Sept. 29.
