Switzerland-based DDM Holding AG has acquired two distressed asset portfolios in Croatia for around €28 million.
The company said it purchased a distressed asset portfolio containing secured corporate receivables in Croatia from a leading international bank for approximately €21 million. It also bought a distressed asset portfolio containing secured consumer receivables in Croatia from a leading regional bank, with the total investment amounting to around €7 million.
DDM Holding said in its June 30 filing that the investments are in line with its strategy to expand its presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
