Everest ReGroup Ltd. on March 30 announced three management changes, alleffective April 1.

Michael Kerner will join the company as executive vice presidentand head of strategy and risk management. He is joining from , where hewas CEO of general insurance.

John Doucette is becoming president and CEO of the EverestRe reinsurance division. He will have oversight of all reinsurance underwritingand claims operations worldwide. He is currently executive vice president andchief underwriting officer, according to the company website.

Jonathan Zaffino will become president of the North Americainsurance division. He joined Everest in 2015 as president of EverestNational/U.S. insurance operations. In the new role, he will oversee Canadianinsurance operations, which have been realigned with the U.S. into a NorthAmerican region. Zaffino will also oversee accident and health and insuranceclaims operations.
