Ambienta SGR SpA, a sustainability-focused private investor, said it acquired Phoenix Holding SpA, or Phoenix International, an aluminium extrusion dies manufacturer, according to a May 21 release.

Ambienta hopes to gain entry in the aluminium industry through the deal, the terms of which were not disclosed.
