Pacific Biosciences of California Inc. said it intends to offer $60 million worth of its common stock, with par value of 0.1 cent per share, through an at-the-market offering.

Pacific Biosciences will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including CapEx and working capital.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. will act as sales agent for the shares.
