A 32-property industrial portfolio in the U.K. is up for sale with an asking price of more than £150 million, CoStar News U.K. reported, citing market sources.

The IO Investment 2 portfolio is being placed on the market by principal investors Grosvenor and Quilvest.

The multi-let portfolio spans more than 2.1 million square feet and produces more than £9 million in income.

The news outlet added, citing the unnamed sources, that the properties are also being sold as two separate portfolios, Lighthouse and Beacon.
